Scope boundaries
A clear separation between feed repairs and account, policy, landing-page, image, shipping, tax, or identity issues.
Standard pilot scope
- one tab-delimited US English apparel or footwear feed, up to 1,000 variant rows;
- one JSON blocker report generated by the free browser preflight;
- file-level attributes, variant groups, identifiers, prices, and URL syntax;
- one written review, targeted for two business days after complete inputs;
- one clarification reply about the delivered plan.
What is not included
The pilot does not include Merchant Center access, feed upload, live account diagnostics, policy appeals, identity verification, landing-page or remote-image testing, product repair execution, ongoing monitoring, or an approval guarantee. Those needs require a separate confirmed scope.
What to send
- Run the free apparel variant preflight.
- Download its JSON blocker report.
- Email the report with the variant-row count. The original feed is requested only after scope and a secure transfer method are agreed.
Do not send passwords, API keys, customer data, payment data, or Merchant Center credentials.
