Your product CSV stays in your browser

The Brenes Revenue Studio CSV tools are operated by BrenesHold LLC. Each tool processes the CSV you select entirely in browser memory. It does not upload, transmit, store, sell, or share the file or the generated report.

Data the application does not collect

The current release has no account system, contact form, advertising code, tracking cookie, persistent identifier, or third-party analytics service. It does not send the CSV filename, size, contents, rows, diagnostics, or generated report. Downloading a report creates a file locally in your browser.

Anonymous product measurement

When a measured guide, offer, or tool loads, or a visitor opens the next step, completes a check, downloads a report, or opens the inquiry email link, it sends a small same-origin event containing only the event type, public content profile, enumerated result, broad acquisition category, and schema version. The acquisition categories include direct, internal, search, and exact BrenesHold campaign enums for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Product Hunt, and YouTube. UTM values, query text, and the referring URL are not sent.

The server immediately aggregates events into daily counters in a private database outside the public website. It does not store IP address, user agent, or another identifier in that database. Rows older than 400 days are deleted automatically. Counts are not unique people and may include repeat visits or automated browsers.

Email inquiries

If you choose to email BrenesHold LLC, the email service processes the address, message, and files you voluntarily send so we can answer, confirm scope, and prepare a quote. Email data is separate from anonymous site counters. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer exports, order exports, payment data, or an original catalog until a secure transfer method and scope are agreed.

Hostinger Mail can send Brenes Revenue Studio an authenticated private intake copy when a message reaches the published contact mailbox. The intake copy is encrypted before storage outside the public website, used only to review and answer the inquiry, and removed after 90 days when the next message is processed. The original mailbox follows the email provider's separate retention controls.

Standard hosting logs

The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, timestamp, and security events, to deliver and protect the website. BrenesHold LLC does not combine those operational logs with the contents of your CSV.

External links

Documentation links lead to third-party websites such as Shopify, WooCommerce, RFC Editor, and OWASP. Their privacy practices apply after you follow those links. The preflight does not contact those sites while checking a CSV.

Advertising and future changes

No advertising, personalization, marketing cookie, or cross-site tracking is active today. This notice and any required consent controls will be updated before such technology is enabled. The current tool remains usable without an account or cookie.
